The 2015 participants have been selected

In 2015, we received a record number of the applications, from all over the world. After the enlargement of DOK.Incubator to the US market last year, dozens of projects from Southern America, Asia and United States applied. It was extremely difficult to choose among them and the committee decided to keep their variety to the last selection – by supporting mainly European filmmakers bringing the stories from exotic locations.

The team has been working at 2013 edition of DOK.Incubator very hard, to tell the controversial, and in the same time emotionally and aesthetically astonishing story of a convicted murderer, who comes home to nurse his dying father. Not being able to bring a past to build their future on, he does bring the promise of a new start and, foolishly or not, those who love him put their faith in that. A new start is, after all, hard not to fall in love with.16Years
