Eszter Lányi is the Head of Training of the National Film Institute, Hungary running a wide array of film industry-related programs. The Training Department runs an annual scheme supporting trainings in skills shortage professions, the Fast Forward Program, a series of innovative lectures and workshops, boot camps, career orientation programs etc. Eszter is one of the film selectors of ZSIFI (Jewish and Israeli Film Festival, Budapest) and between 2007-2011 served as the cultural attaché of Hungary in Tel Aviv.
