Viki Réka Kiss is a Hungarian film professional who has been working in documentary and fiction production since the early 2010's. After having produced successful international films (e.g. 'A Woman Captured' together with Julianna Ugrin), she started studying business coaching. Her mission is to help the industry reach better mental health through a higher level of self-awareness. She is a certified Advanced Leadership Coach (accredited by the International Coaching Federation) and her work is based on the theories and methods of Gestalt Psychology.
