Christian Büttiker, born in Basel in 1991. Completed his film studies in 2020 at the University of Lucerne with a focus on editing. Since then he has worked as an editor on film projects in the field of documentary and experimental film. Before studying film, he graduated from the Zurich University of the Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. In 2022, he edited his first feature film, "Play with the Devil", which was shown in Swiss cinemas and at international festivals such as Dok.München and Doc NYC. In 2023, he was nominated at the Edimotion editing film festival in Cologne in the newcomer category. In addition to his work as an editor, he has been active in various music projects for 17 years.
