Gudula Meinzolt has been working for over 30 years in cultural management in areas such as curation, promotion, organization of festivals, distribution, exhibition and production. From 2005 to 2010 she was manager of the Mannheim Meetings, the international forum for co-production, sales and distribution of the International Film Festival of Mannheim – Heidelberg, Germany. From 2010 to 2020 she was head of Industry at the International Film Festival Visions du Réel in Switzerland. She now collaborates there reading and selecting the projects for the Industry part. Gudula Meinzolt has been working as producer and distributor in Germany with Autentika Films since 2004, especially with directors and producers from Latin America, African countries and with European partners. Their films have been shown and won awards in Berlin, Locarno, Rotterdam and Venice. She also works as producer in Switzerland, together with Vollbild Film, Basel, specializing in audience development and outreach/impact strategies. She is invited to do training for pitches, project development, production and audience design and is asked for consultancy and as jury member for financial public support in Europe and Latin America. With Ciné-Doc she organizes the annual documentary month Let’s Doc! all over Switzerland. As certified Green Consultant she commits to a sustainable film production and distribution in Europe and is co-founder of AGF Green Film Action, a network for a sustainable film and culture scene in Switzerland. She is alumna of Eurodoc, EAVE, EPI and many others.
