A documentary film director whose films have been shown at Polish and international film festivals, for which he has received numerous awards, including Best Director 2021 at the West Lake Film Festival in China, Grand Prix at the Batumi International Art House Film Festival 2020, Best European Film at the Festival dei Popoli in Florence 2020, Grand Prix at the International Festival of Ethnological Films in Belgrade 2021, the Polish Film Academy Award "Orzeł" 2021, Bronze and Silver Lajkonik, and Silver Horn at the Krakow Film Festival (KFF). He is a member of thePolish Film Academy, was nominated for the Paszport Polityki award in 2020, and is a lecturer at the Andrzej Wajda School and the Gdynia Film School.
