Tereza Horska was born on the 10th of August, 1978 in Prague. Since 1997 flows in the world of filmdom. In 1998 started to cooperate with Czech Television on several, mostly documentary projects. TH studied Prague Film and Television School (Academy of Performing Art) from 1998-2004, specializing in film production. In 2002 she came into line for organizing the prestigious Documentary Film Festival in Jihlava, Czech Republic, cooperating with the Institute of Documentary Film. At the beginning of 2009, she decided to follow documentary production and entered as an executive producer and producer of Hypermarket Film Ltd., a company that makes documentary films and series mostly in coproduction with Czech TV, ARTE, and other European TV broadcasters. Since 2009 – 2013 she lectured at Prague Film and TV Academy. Since 2014 she has been a Vice-chairman of the Board of the Institute of Documentary Film.
