Lea graduated from the Film and TV School of Academy of Performing Arts, Prague (FAMU) and the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design (UMPRUM). She currently finishes her PhD studies at FAMU, and since 2023 has been working as a programmer for One World Festival.
