Marie Erbs Ørbæk is Head of Operations in the programme department at CPH:DOX. She is part of the selection committee, responsible for the festival's wider partnerships and heads all live events, counting more than 150 panels, talks and workshops during the festival. She has been part of the festival since 2014 and has launched several new projects at CPH:DOX, including the Everyday video project, the CPH:Science programme, the expanded podcast programme and the Youth Editorial Group. As Head of Operations she oversees all finances and employment in the programme department.
