Tamás pursued his BA studies in Communication and Media at Pázmány Péter Catholic University, where he specialized in two areas: Film and Video studies, and Journalism. Following his graduation, he worked as a freelance editor, contributing to a wide array of film and video projects in roles such as editor, assistant editor, and other post-production positions. During this time, he decided to expand his expertise by enrolling in a master’s program at Budapest Metropolitan University, where he began his studies in Media Design. He has had the opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of projects, including portrait series, music videos, documentaries, both online and television programs, commercials, and short films. He is currently working as an editor at a documentary film company, where he continues to refine his craft and explores new creative avenues. This university provided him with valuable exposure to animation, 3D softwares, and the creative potential of utilizing various digital tools to produce art. While at university, he applied to Speak Easy Project, a company specializing in documentary filmmaking, where he joined as an editor. He continues to be a part of their creative team to this day, having had the privilege of participating in numerous collaborative projects, where he contributed to seamless post-production workflows and engaged in creative and dramaturgical discussions to refine the overall narrative structure.
