Tomi Szabo has been editing for more than 16 years. He started his career at FotoKem Budapest, part of the largest film lab in Los Angeles, FotoKem. Shortly after, he had the opportunity to work with Oscar-nominated director Andreas Ostergaard on a documentary feature in Berlin. In the same year, he joined the editing team of director Michael Caton-Jones, assisting on Urban Hymn in London. In 2018, he received his first feature film editor credit for Asher. Since then, he has edited four feature films.
In addition to feature films, Szabo has worked extensively on commercials and music videos, editing more than 200 projects over the past 16 years. He also owned a color grading studio and worked as a colorist. With a broad range of experience spanning worldwide commercial campaigns to Hollywood studio features, Szabo is known for his strong storytelling skills and ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
