Jana finished her studies in 2019 at VŠMU Documentary department in Bratislava. After several years spent in advertising and working for various film festivals, Jana has decided to concentrate fully on documentary films and videos. As a freelancer, Jana works with several Slovak producers on short documentary movies and episodes for TV documentary series with her main focus on work with archives. She also prepares television shows for Slovak national television concentrating on her favourite topics: history and culture. She is currently working together with Lena Kušnieriková on their first feature documentary movie concerning the endless reconstruction of the Slovak National Gallery – Caution, Risk of Falling Exhibits!
